birth certificate 是出生證明喔～
要去你報戶口的戶政事務所申請～中文版即可

1)
有關那個15分鐘報告的那項，有人知道這個是要報告怎麼樣的內容呢 ?

2)
信中的附件感覺跟之前下載的履歷好像一樣
內容是說這份也必須完成然後當天要帶去
所以是說要印出來用手寫這樣嗎?
