BRIEF GUIDELINES OF CABIN CREW SALARY & ALLOWANCES
Employment contect:
Three year non-binding renewable contract

Pay Scale:
Grade II: basic Monthly Salary AED.3915/-Tax Free in the UAE.

Flying Pay: on an hourly basis:
Gread II AED 53.50
Gread I AED 59.50
Gread I AED 65.50(first class)

Layover Expenses:
Meal allowances are paid in the currency of the country of night stop.
transport to and from the airport, and hotel accommodation is provided by the company(Emirates)

Career Development:
there are a limited amount of courses available throught the facilities located in the dedicated Crew Learning Resources Centres.

Accommodatiom:
Shared furnished air conditioned accommodation provided. Two/tree colleagoues (same Gender) share a two/three badroom apartment and each have their own bedroom but share the kitchen and the living area. Each apartment block has leisure facilities. Two people may have to share a Second bathroom in some three badroom apartments. Once the initial 6 months probationary period is complete a crew member may request to move free of charge to another apartment pending availability. Any moves subsequent to this will be charged.

Concessionary Travel:
Staff travel Benefits on Emirates Airlines can be availed of on completing the probationary period of 6 months
Concessionary travel facilities available for staff and family members
*an unlimited number of 90% sub load tickets (self- and on EK only)
*an unlimited number of 50% Firm tickets (self- and on EK only)
for each parent- brother/sister
one 50%Firm tickets on EK
one 90%sub load tickets on EK

after one year you may apply to another carruers with whom we have reciprocal agreements for tickets for yourself and your family.
